Nick Jennings started his career in animation working for Joe Murray Studios in Saratoga, Ca. He worked on various independent films and commercial projects and helped develop Nicktoons first in-house animated series Rocko’s Modern Life.  Nick moved to Los Angeles in 1992 to work as art director on Rocko. After this series ended Nick has spent the last 13 years as art director on various animated series for Nickelodeon such as Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers, and Catdog.  In addition to these series work, Nick has art directed many pilots for Nickelodeon, Disney TV, Hyperion, Hanna Barbara, and Renegade Animation.  In 1996 Nick set up the visual style for SpongeBob SquarePants. Nick continued to work as Art Director on this series until 2002. After the series ended Nick brought his talents to the big screen working on the animated feature, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.  After the success of the movie Nick returned to Nickelodeon to work in development and eventually to become Executive Producer on Nickelodeon's first in house CG show, Tak and the Power of Juju. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
